Physician Clinic Site Director - Gastroenterology
This Clinic Director is a full time position managing the daily activities of a large volume gastroenterology clinic.
Responsible for hiring and training support staff. Prepares budgets, orders clinical equipment and supplies to fill patient needs and meet financial concerns. Establishes and oversees billing practices. May be responsible for contracts or negotiations with insurance providers. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. Bachelors degree required and at least 7-10 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Required: Bachelors in Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration
Preferred: Masters in Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration
Required: Five years experience in a senior level, operations leadership role for a large physician practice.
Required: bilingual (English / Spanish)
