RN - Quality Improvement Coordinator - FT - Days
This RN - Quality Improvement Coordinator is a full-time position in a dynamic Quality Department.
Current Arizona RN License
Coordinates quality functions and reporting within the QRM Department including physician peer review process, development and coordination of medical care evaluations, focus studies in accordance with standards, rules, other guidelines, and The Joint Commission and other regulatory compliance.
Collects, aggregates, displays and conducts analysis of data obtained from monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care. Interacts with medical support staff and/or hospital performance improvement teams/committees to facilitate the recognition, research, isolation and resolution of potential problems.
Communicates clearly, courteously, and responsibly with coworkers, physicians and others. Works actively to resolve problems or conflicts.
