Full Time, Salaried Exempt position

Patient Safety & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for all Regulatory Standards compliance which includes policy and procedure development and maintenance, education for all staff, participation in surveys and follow-up activities and assists Risk Management in risk management activity follow-up.

Coordinates quality functions and reporting within the QA/RM Department, focus studies in accordance with standards, rules, other guidelines, and The Joint Commission, CMS, DHS and other regulatory compliance.       

This position is a fantastic professional growth opportunity for an experienced RN who currently holds an RN License to move into this Quality Improvement Coordination position.



Minimum Education - Associate's Degree, Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training

Preferred Education - Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree                                           



Three (3) years clinical experience as an acute care RN with exp in a critical care setting. 

Preferred Experience - One year recent (within past 5) exp in Performance Improvement.                                                                                             



Required: Current Arizona RN licensure.

Preferred: Certification/Registration - CPHQ
