Practice Administrator - Primary Care Clinics
Responsible for operations of administrative and clinical services for Primary Care Physician office sites across the Northwest Healthcare System. As an organization leader, this position shares accountability for facilitating organizational and clinic goals using effective leadership, knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient care services, employee engagement, financial health, business growth and quality and safety outcomes. Serves as a primary administrative interface for Primary Care offices across the Northwest Healthcare System and works alongside specialty administrators within the clinic arena. Provides leadership to physician offices. Reports in a matrix relationship to the Chief Executive Officers of Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Medical Center, Northwest at Sahuarita, and the VP Practice Management division.
