The Clinical Director is responsible for leading the clinical, educational, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of all components of Clinical Programs located in the facility.  Must possess expertise and knowledge in the care, stabilization and transport of the patient across each area of specialty.  Must be able to collaborate with ancillary departments, pre-hospital personnel, law enforcement and other outside agencies involved in the care of the patient.  Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Qualifications

Education:Required:  Bachelor's degree in Nursingor Bachelor's degree within 2 years of employment in the role.

Preferred:  Masters degree ( i.e. MSN, MHA or MBA).                                 


Experience:Required:  Five (5) years of relevantprofessional experience, including three (3) years in leadership.                                                   


Skills: Acting withintegrity, analyzing and interpreting financial data, computer literacy,gathering needed information, delegating and supporting teams, evaluatingdecisions/solutions, improving work process, making effective decisions.  Improving work processes, treating otherswith respect and valuing diversity. Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills.Demonstrating/facilitating/public speaking. Utilizing communicationchannels.  Measuring customer service andmeeting customer needs.  Partnering withcustomers/others, promoting NMC mission, vision and core values.  Visionary leadership and strategicplanning.                                                   


Licenses/Certifications:Required: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license and AmericanHeart Association (AHA) BLS; ACLS required for ACT, ED & Telemetry.

Preferred:Nationally recognized certification in area of expertise.
