Full Time position working 8 hour shifts with some call

Maintenance III HVAC maintains, repairs, and installs all refrigeration, cooling and air conditioning systems and equipment of the facilities.

This position would be responsible for and possess the skills for performing Preventative Maintenance and Service Repairs on light commercial HVAC equipment; Package Unitary Rooftop units, Split DX Systems Less than 5 Tons, Computer Room (CRAC) units , Roof mounted exhaust fans and Follett Ice Machines.

Tasks would include filter changes, belt changes, washing condensers, checking operation for proper performance, trouble shooting and repairing failed components and  cleaning ice machines and replacing their filters.

 

EPA Refrigerant Recovery Type III / Universal certificate is required.

Education:                

Required:

High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience required

Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training required

EPA Refrigerant Recovery Type III / Universal certification required

Experience:        

Four (4) years refrigeration and air conditioning experience

Licenses/Certifications:        

Valid Driver's License required
