This role is partially remote (work from home) and community-based in the local Northwest Arkansas area (Bentonville, Fayetteville, Springdale), supporting our five hospital system https://www.chs.net/serving-communities/locations/#AR

As a valued member of the expanding Talent Acquisition Team, your role will involve providing comprehensive support throughout the entire recruiting process, focusing on licensed healthcare professionals. While prior healthcare experience is certainly advantageous, our primary emphasis is on your genuine passion for assisting direct patient-care team members and supporting the sourcing of early talent from community and university events.

Your support will encompass a range of responsibilities, including sourcing top talent, maintaining ongoing communication, actively promoting suitable opportunities, facilitating a high-quality interview experience, and extending offers promptly. Your dedication to these key aspects will be instrumental in our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to fully comprehend the specifications of each vacancy, establish expectations, and delineate crucial phases in the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Steer candidates through a structured recruitment process, from initial screening to final hiring steps.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Clinical Leadership to design and implement effective recruitment and staffing solutions.

  • Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including online platforms, local and national campaigns, and specialized recruitment tools.

  • Consistently maintain an active talent pipeline for designated roles, offering top-tier service and expert recruitment advice to organizational leadership.

  • Utilize innovative and consultative approaches for both internal and external talent acquisition, including re-engagement strategies and the formation of referral networks.

  • Prepare candidates for interviews by furnishing comprehensive job overviews, structural insights, and articulating the employer value proposition.

  • Oversee candidate qualification, interview coordination, and candidate selection processes; facilitate post-interview assessments to guarantee the most suitable candidate is selected.

  • Leverage various tech platforms to expedite recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring data integrity within the Applicant Tracking and Candidate Relationship System.

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations within the recruitment landscape.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent recruiting experience is mandatory.

  • Prior recruitment experience with a demonstrated ability to craft effective recruitment strategies.

  • Experience within the healthcare sector is an advantage.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with personnel across all organizational tiers, from entry-level staff to executives.

  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and familiarity with CRM systems are desirable.

  • Adept at leveraging social media and other contemporary recruitment tools.
