Job Description

This Exercise Physiologist is full time days position working at Desert Cardiology.

Assists with cardiac testing according to established standards and practices. Coordinates exercise treadmill testing for patients in the office setting. Provides pre-procedure instruction to patients, confirms patient schedules and performs billing related duties. He/she will demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, vision and goals of the department and organization.  Demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work ethic and clinical practice.  Treats co-workers, staff, patients and families with equal consideration and respect.

Prior EKG or cardiac monitoring experience preferred. Internship in cardiac rehabilitation facility preferred.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree.  Master's Degree preferred

Required: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification,  AHA ACLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
