Job Description

Manages and supervises all Central Scheduling processes including, but not limited to, pre-registration and insurance verification for Northwest Healthcare System. An active liaison between physicians, nursing, diagnostic services and transferring facilities. Establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with physician offices, internal customers, and patients.  Provides support, training, planning, budgeting and other duties as assigned. Ensures collection of all required patient demographic information, patient payments, and processes data according to policy and procedure. Problem solving and analytical skills required.
