Directly responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring systems and procedures for professional fee coding compliance and follow-up. Additional duties include: physician education, coder education, coding audits, working with leadership to enhance work flows and collaborating with Billing Manager and Director. Delegates while maintaining responsibility and accountability of the department. Bachelor’s degree required and three-five (3-5) years of experience.
