This Clinical Nurse Leader position is a full time position, working day shift.
Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shift. Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the nursing staff. Assesses, monitors, and educates the nursing staff on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Qualifications
Education: ADN orDiploma in Nursing program required. BSNpreferred.
Experience: Two (2)years of experience in specialty area preferred . One (1) year in supervisorycapacity preferred.
Skills: Interviewothers; Team facilitation & meetingskills.
Licenses/Certifications:Required: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license and AmericanHeart Association (AHA) BLS.
