Leads food service workers in meal service to patients - lead of process for patient menu selections, meal assembly per phys. order, serving meals to patients, sanitation of work areas. Shift scheduled 12 hour days. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. reports to a manager or head of a department. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Ability to lead in a busy environment, create and motivate a cohesive and progressive team.
