Full Time, Days Position

Performs a variety of administrative functions. Provides support to Case Managers by making appropriate referrals and follow up calls. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and assists with setting up services for discharges. Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors coordinates discharge needs for multiple patients on multiple units .  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Five (5) years of experience in an acute hospital setting required. C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac required. Required:   Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
